About Me
Hello! My name is Emma and I am a fourth-year student at the University of Delaware from Wilmington, Delaware. I am majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Educational Technology. Currently, I am interested in the intersection of software engineering, data, and computer science education.
For my tenth birthday, I received both a digital Sony Cybershot and my parents' Pentax K1000 film camera, sparking my passion for photography. In high school, I took a 35mm darkroom photography course, where I gained hands-on experience with the entire process of developing 35mm film. I am hoping to rekindle my love for photography through this course while also exploring the work of other artists.

Course Goals:
Throughout this semester I would like to explore the differences between digital and film photography as I have predominately shot with film artistically. Moreover, I would like to improve my photo framing and lighting. Finally, I hope to use my Sony Cybershot again while building my portfolio.
